(1) GROWING AND CHANGING COMPANIES

After years of rapid growth, a design firm hired Caleb to help them focus on efficiency and develop a culture of leadership amongst their team of talented designers, producers, developers, strategists, and film makers. He provided and developed strategic capacity by engaging with all levels of the company.

  • He worked directly with the partners to ensure that brand and business strategy were integrated with organizational systems.

  • He worked individually with over 75 team members and ran workshops to develop specific competencies important to their culture and that enhanced their work.

  • He facilitated project reviews and led interactive sessions with teams to improve dynamics and increase collaboration.

  • He facilitated the redesign of organizational systems including on-boarding and employee reviews.

(2) CREATIVE AGENCIES AND TEAMS

A small creative agency believed that their clients would benefit from internal capacity building to support the agency’s rebranding and product development work. Caleb worked alongside the agency team to prototype and deliver organizational capacity support to their clients while helping the agency’s team build capacity in key disciplines in order to operate more efficiently and effectively and better serve their clients over time.

  • He participated in client meetings in order to understand the agency’s approach and the client’s needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • He facilitated design sessions to creatively focus client work.

  • He facilitated internal organizational development of the agency to ensure alignment between brand, business model, organizational culture, and core philosophy.

  • He coached teams and individuals to strengthen leadership and communication capacities.

(3) MULTI-STAKEHOLDER GROUPS

A national small business organization with diverse members hired Caleb to facilitate a day long gathering with the goals of deepening connections among members and focus the group’s strategic efforts over the coming year.

  • He interviewed the organization’s leadership team and a diverse set of key members prior to the meeting to deepen his understanding of individual member needs, challenges, opportunities, and collective themes.

  • He designed and facilitated an agenda that allowed for participants to dialogue important topics, share their individual stories and hear from others, and discuss strategies to implement throughout the year.

  • He led a series of follow up meetings with leadership and key members to distill learning, focus implementation, and identify metrics.
